Richard Boyatzis is the Distinguished Professor in the Department of Organizational Behavior, Psychology and Cognitive Science at the Case Western Reserve University. His books include the international bestseller Primal Leadership with Daniel Goldman and Annie McKee. His latest book is called Helping People Change.
