THE TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP PODCAST

We live in extraordinary times of disruption. These times call for extraordinary leadership. All around us there are opportunities to be a force for good, to solve the most meaningful issues of our time, to grow ourselves and others around us. This is what transformational leaders do. I believe there is a transformational leader inside each of us. Join me as I connect you with experts and other transformational leaders and share tools relevant to leading in times of disruption. You will leave inspired, empowered and expanded in your own capacity to be a transformational leader.

Grow Focus

These are extraordinary times. These times of disruption can also create the transformational leader within each of us.

Here is a short audio coaching exercise that helps you connect with yourself and create a day of focus and purpose. Listen to it first thing every morning and as often as you’d like during the day.

The Resilient Leader

We’re in a situation where we can’t predict from day to day what will happen with the pandemic. We can’t predict nor control actions global leaders will take. Plans help. Pivoting is what saves the day when things change rapidly. And pivoting requires that we tap into our most resilient selves.

Emotional Resilience

Acknowledging fear, pain, sadness, and the beautiful messiness of our human emotions is hard. Connecting with emotion also connects to compassion for ourselves and others. Take the time to get present to the human being in front of us. We don’t know what they’re going through.
