Tanuj Kapilashrami – Reimagining Leadership For An Unpredictable World

Tanuj Kapilashrami is the Group Head of Human Resources for Standard Chartered Bank, a British multinational banking and financial services company headquartered in London. Prior to joining Standard Chartered, Tanuj built her career at HSBC where she worked across multiple HR disciplines in many of their footprint markets – Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, India and London.

In this episode, we spoke about how leaders today need to be willing to be vulnerable to admit they don’t have all the answers (in a highly unpredictable world) and find the best ideas from deeper in the organization. We also spoke about how Standard Chartered Bank is driving culture change through making it safe to talk about failure.
