The leadership session I had with Henna was one of a kind – by far one of the best coaching sessions I ever had. The way she coached and guided me touched my heart, allowed me to realize more about my authentic self and realize/ground more my leadership purpose. This was the first time I met Henna.
What I thought then was to arrange another session where I can help my teams get the benefit of such an inspiring coach – and with even an online session it was impossible to not see and feel the power of her coaching. Our team achieved the goal of an open and honest discussion on individual development areas as well as recognizing & educating what can derail us through leveraging each others’ strengths/support.
