I’m writing to ask for a favor.
I have moved up the publication of my next book. It is about leading in disruption.
The thesis of the book is that the environment we are leading in has shifted. The future of work will be more unpredictable, volatile, digital, and interdependent. Even after COVID-19 is dealt with, disruption will be here to stay. We have many urgent problems to solve for our planet to thrive.
For human beings to step up, our leadership mindsets and neurobiology need to evolve. Leaders will need to develop five forms of agility to be creative forces for good, and collectively solve the most meaningful challenges of our time.
Will you help me choose a title for my new book. It will take just a minute.
