Stacie Torres brings a passion for individual, team, and organization development to her work. She is a skilled facilitator, writer, speaker, and intuitive coach. Her strengths include her enthusiasm for growth and development and an intense determination to achieve results.
Her clients include United Parcel Service, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Coca-Cola, Georgia Court Appointed Special Advocates, Buck Consultants Communication Practice, Beacon Roofing, and Rexel Electrical Distributors. Stacie’s work spans: experiential learning design, process consulting, and mentoring. Her expertise includes: conducting team and individual assessments, job analysis, and career development. In addition to conflict resolution projects, she co-authored original research on how recruitment method affects the quality of job applicants.
Stacie has three key philosophies that undergird her work: 1) solutions are best developed by the people who own them 2) customization is critical and 3) big-picture results drive all work.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology at Furman University and studied Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the Ph.D. level at the University of South Florida, where she taught college statistics and research report writing. Her international experience includes studying abroad in the Middle East and East Africa.
Stacie received training at the prestigious Coaches Training Institute. Her interests include dyslexia and the Orton-Gillingham approach to reading, fitness/yoga, dance, and art. Stacie lives in Atlanta with her husband, Frank, and their two sons
